Asked Before Every Appointment
What is a perc test and why is it essential?
A percolation test determines whether soil can absorb and filter septic effluent. In un-sewered parts of Wake and Durham counties, a failed perc test means a parcel cannot support a residence.
How long does municipal rezoning take in the Triangle?
Typical rezoning applications take 4 to 9 months depending on the jurisdiction, community meetings, and council calendars.
